Cover Model, Joy
Diamonds shine brighter the more pressure they go through. How are you shining?
She is 8 years young, and experiencing life through a physical condition called, Spinal Bifida. It is a birth defect where the spinal column doesn't fully close during early pregnancy. This causes paralysis, nerve damage, and physical challenges that effects mobility, bowel and bladder function.
It is a lifelong condition that requires comprehensive care, with symptoms and severity differing among individuals.
According to doctor's report, Joy is experiencing the 3rd stage, but you would never know of this physical impairment unless you saw her in the wheelchair. She exemplifies every aspect of her name, and has brought so much joy to my world every since I met her.
